Doctor name and contact number are required. Existing doctors appear as suggestions, but both fields can also be entered manually.

Patient 1 is the main patient above. Each medicine can be assigned to Patient 1, Patient 2, Patient 3, etc.
3. Delivery Address
Pincode lookup follows the same address-assistance concept used in your existing order/quotation workflow.

4. Medicines Requested
Search from general homeopathic medicine suggestions or enter any medicine manually. Current stock is not required.
After you add a medicine, a fresh blank entry will automatically appear below for another remedy for the selected patient.
5. Prescription
Prescription upload is optional unless company settings make it mandatory.
6. Additional Instructions
Optional instructions for preparation, labelling, delivery or other requirements.
Payment is requested only after company/doctor approval. COD is not available. This request does not deduct inventory.
